Hilltop House was built in 2001 and has 2,800 sq. feet. It sits on 3.5 acres of land and overlooks a large meadow which provides you with your own picnic area and pond.

The large yard has ample room for games and fun! A horseshoe pit with horseshoes and a Bean Bag game are provided for you.

Hiking trails, four-wheeling or snowmobiling are available for your pleasure as the house is right next to forested land. Mickelson Trail and Lead Golf Course are only 1/2 mile away.

Hilltop House is decorated in a beautiful rustic decor and comes completely furnished for your comfort (this does include towels and linens). 5 bedrooms are provided - all with new queen size beds. The home will sleep 10 comfortably and there is ample room for air mattresses or sleeping bags. Also included:

Our location is ideal for vacations or just getting away for a few days. We are located in the Northern Black Hills at an elevation of 6,000 feet. The Hilltop House is right on the snowmobile trails, so no trailering is needed from the home. Terry Peak is 15 minutes away. Deadwood, with all its rich history, dining establishments and gambling, is also 15 minutes away. Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse Monuments are 45 minutes away.
